Quick Weight Loss Plan
- Include Negative Calorie Foods in Your
Eating

Did you know in order to
lose weight quick, you can use negative calorie foods to
enhance your dieting efforts?
Now, in reality there is no
such thing as a negative calorie, since heat is measured in
calories and therefore cannot be negative! But the foods known
as 'negative calorie' foods really do help for a quick
weight loss diet plan.
When foods that have negative
calories are discussed it means that when you eat these foods
your body expends more calories digesting the foods than the
foods themselves contain. Typically, a quick weight loss plan
will include many of these foods.
Some of the foods on this list
don't use up higher calories than they contain themselves, or
in the event they do it is a small amount...but you have to
consider the energy the body also must burn doing things like
breathing and keeping your blood pumping.
Celery is one food that has
lower calories than the body uses in digesting it, on top of
the energy the body uses just surviving. It fits nicely into
the foods of negative calories. If you're wanting to pursue a
quick weight loss diet plan try to incorporate a variety of the
foods on the list below.
Of course, if you only ate
foods with negative calories you could put yourself into a
starvation state and wind up nutrient deficient fairly fast.
What happens is your muscle mass begins to be burned up for
energy and leads to poor health.
The best way of using negative
calorie foods in a quick weight loss plan is to use them either
for detoxing or fasting. This is great to do for about one or
maybe up to 3 days after a big holiday where you have over
indulged on high calorie foods and are looking for a quick
weight loss diet plan.
As long as your basic health
is good this is a very effective way of cleansing your body
and can be used for brief periods as quick weight
loss plan. It is, of course, always best to check with
your doctor first.

Here are some diet tips to
keep in mind if you plan to do a detox based on
negative calories:
1 – Do not eat large
amounts of any one kind of
food, this
is especially true for fruits. Many foods have substances
which could be harmful if eaten excessively. For
instance, pineapple and grapefruit have an acid that can
harm the lining of the stomach.
Other foods, when eaten in too
great a quantity can overtax the liver or result in diarrhea.
So a variety of foods consumed in sensible quantities is the
best way to go.
2
– Constantly eating throughout the day
(grazing) is not good. This will just make you feel ill and
bloated. When eating this way for just a few days you shouldn't
suffer too many hunger pains. You should eat about 4 to five
meals of salad daily and not eat in between to allow you system
to rest.
3 – You get more
satisfaction from eating when you thoroughly chew the food and
eat it slow. You also burn a higher amount of calories this
way. The foods you eat that are raw are more effective to lose
weight quick compared to the cooked ones. You may find you like
foods such as beets and carrots if you grate or shred
them.
4 – Do this at a time
when nothing important is on your
schedule. Just like any other form of detox,
uncomfortable side effects may have to be gone through such as:
tiredness, irritability, and headaches. If you suffer to
severely with any of these symptoms quit your diet, and consult
your doctor.
5 – You should
gradually begin routine
eating when
you are finished with the detox diet.

If you have gone through all
the above information, here is the list of negative calorie
foods...please use them wisely. I know you want a quick weight
loss diet plan, but always remember that your health comes
