I truly hope this Fit
Over Forty review is able to convey the reasons that
set this diet ebook apart from the others. Jon Benson partnered
with Tom Venuto, world renowned fitness expert, to create a
book about fitness that goes far beyond the fitness of just
your body.
The book is in three main
sections, and really, each one could stand on its own as a
separate book. In the first section, Jon Benson describes his
journey from ill health and obesity as a younger man to
achieving the best fitness of his life after he turned
forty.
I wish I could include the
second section of the book in this Fit Over Forty review. In
this section, there are 52 incredibly inspiring stories and
motivating pictures of real people from age 40 to over 70 who
have achieved great fitness.
You'll learn where they
started from, how they finished, and what they did to get
there. They even list their email address, so you can contact
them if you want to! After seeing the obstacles that some of
them overcame, you'll know there's no reason you can't achieve
the body of your dreams.
In the final section, fitness
trainer Tom Venuto explains in detail how you can not only lose
weight, but actually turn back the aging process by getting
fit, regardless of your age or how active (or inactive) you've
been.
The book is rather long, at
304 pages, which is why I gave it 4.5 stars, but really, it's
so well written you won't even care. Jon Benson does a
wonderful job illustrating why weight loss is not just a
physical endeavor, but includes mental and emotional effort as
well.
You'll also learn that as you

recommendation of this Fit Over Forty review, and get your copy
