Writing
the Eat Stop
Eat review was, for me, an education as
to why so
many diets don't
work, and why fasting to lose weight should be a part of any
weight loss plan.
Author Brad Pilon, by
peeling away the layers of fluff, hype, myths and mistruths,
lays bare the two absolute truths of nutrition and weight
loss.
If these
two facts are
not included as part
of the diet plan, the plan cannot succeed.
And most diets focus
only on the first fact, ignoring the second
one.
Eat Stop Eat is 91 pages long,
and the result of intensive, deep research spanning over two
decades. It will show you how fasting and weight loss go
hand in hand.
Some
of the
conclusions from all those years of research may surprise
or even shock you. Others may anger you,
like when you
find out how you've been manipulated by big businesses
who want you to stay fat.(pg.22)
Brad Pilon explains in detail
why our current efforts to lose weight are so difficult to
maintain, and how easy it is to drop excess pounds simply by
working with your body and allowing it to do what it was
designed to do.

I'm trying very hard to make this Eat Stop Eat
review as objective as possible, but I have to admit, I tend to
feel a bit more favorable to diet programs with realistic,
proven scientific evidence.
Eat Stop Eat has an abundance
of scientific research to back up every aspect of the
plan. And fasting to lose weight is explained in a way
that you don't have to be a scientist to understand.
The weight loss program is
based on flexible, intermittent, short term fasting to
lose weight, and if that completely turns you
off, Eat Stop Eat may not be the
best weight loss plan for you. But if you're open minded enough
to consider it, this could be the last weight loss plan you'll
ever need.
The bonuses he includes are packed with even
more eye-opening information. The bonus audio "Why Diets Stop
Working" is alone worth the package price. Chances are good
this has happened to you and you didn't know why.

In terms of
simplicity, it just doesn't get any simpler than Eat Stop Eat.
There are no foods strictly forbidden. Brad Pilon knows most of
us aren't going to go the rest of our lives without ever again
eating our favorite foods.
So rather than
fighting it, he encourages
you to make healthy choices, but understands the need to
indulge occasionally, so there is no real diet plan to follow
and no foods are considered off limits. What could be easier
than that?
By using the
benefits of short term, intermittent fasting to lose weight,
once or twice a week, you'll still be able to lose weight at a
safe and natural pace.
It's just a 24 hour fast each time and if you do it the
way Brad suggests, you still wind up eating every day. It's so
simple, but really, it's pure genious.
I hope you found
this Eat Stop Eat review helpful. I'm pleased to recommend Brad
Pilon's book as one of the simplest eating plans I've ever
seen. Learn the right way to do fasting and weight loss can't
help but follow.
It also gets a thumbs up for its simple explanation about the
connection between fasting and weight loss, and
for including resistance training as part of the process
for acquiring the body of your dreams.
