I have to admit I was very
skeptical when I was asked to do a
Cheat Your Way Thin
review. I
mean, the guy who created this program is all buffed and
toned, and yet he claims he cheats every single week
with his favorite foods!
Are you kidding? How is that
possible? Have you ever seen a diet book that features a double
cheeseburger and French fries on the cover as part of your meal
plans? Haven't we all fantasized about a diet that would let us
continue to eat pizza and ice cream and
still lose
weight?
So I was fairly certain I
would find this whole program completely ridiculous. I was
totally prepared for some mish-mash of facts sprinkled
into mostly the same old diet bunk.
