website and the author, it's also not a body building program, even though
the author is a long time body builder and has studied nutrition
extensively for many years.

This book
is a eye-opening education on which foods you should be eating and why.
His diet strategies are easy to implement and are extremely effective
if you'll use them. I'm featuring his product on this site because I
studied his book and agree with the solid information he sets forth.
Plus I've never heard anything but rave reviews from his customers. His
book has been selling very well for
several years. If it wasn't working, it wouldn't still be around.
The downside of this fat loss program, if it really is a
downside, is that it's a massive 337 page book. However, It is written in such
a way that it is easy to skim if you are pressed for time. If you're
looking for a thorough education and want to become an
expert on the subject of fat loss, then this is the book for you.
I gave this diet plan three and a half out of five stars only
because the material is a bit lengthy. A condensed
version would be a real plus for those that don't necessarily
